TThe site is located in Gulshan 2 and surrounded by multistoried apartment buildings. So, after considering the socio-economical condition of the area, a very simple architectural vocabulary has been chosen.
Gawsia kajoli has been designed considering the climatic condition, aesthetical aspects and ground openness. The apartments are north-south oriented and perfectly ventilated. For using the ground floor properly basement parking considered here. Ground floor of the building use as community space, party space a semi open BBQ space and an outdoor swimming pool. Some adjacent green area is also provided. It gives a green touch in the urban context. Overall the combination gives a traditional environment with a modern touch in the building.
