The site is located in Basundhara R/A. It is a north-south orientated site dealing with climatic issue and these played a major role in designing the form of the building.
The idea of the project is the blend of traditional and modern contemporary building techniques. The variety of materials used in this building is harmoniously collaborate to create a calm and open spaces. This project will reflects the transition of building style in the urban context.
The climatic issues are addressed by some deep overhang angular concrete plate, which help to resist heat and help to provide uninterrupted air flow. This project is basically a fresh example of an expression of texture and materials and also the consideration of climate keeping the aesthetical aspects.
