The seven-storied residential building Gawsia Aroshi set in the tranquil locale of Bashundhara residential area is designed by 360° Design Studio that accommodates modern requirements and aesthetics. The project exhibits a concise and simplistic design approach, conforming to the site, context, and climate.
The apartment is built on a 4 Katha piece of land. It comprises three units: A -Type Flat Area – 1260sft, B – Type Flat Area – 1301 sft, and Single Flat Area – 2571 sft. The different type of units makes it more convenient for residents to choose according to their preferences. All rooms are bathed in natural light and air; brought in by large glass paneled windows and spacious balconies.
The exterior facades of the apartment are composed of white and grey tones and enhanced with a wooden screen that helps break the monotony. The apartment is equipped with necessary parking slots and other essential amenities.
